GZA - I Gotcha Back (Video)

Another classic GZA video leading up to tonight's show in the CGY at The Warehouse. I Gotcha Back has a DFE connection- a vocal sample from this track was cut up by DJ Cosm on the song "Watch Ya' Front (feat. Josh Martinez)". It's just that deep.

CGY Hotspot: Flames Central

Flames Central - 219 8th Ave SW
Flames Central is a jiggy restaurant/sports bar/entertainment venue that also borrows some of the feel of an arena (Flames logos everywhere and luxury suites on the balcony). So what happens when hip hop invades the city's hockey entertainment complex? Well, if the incredibly dope concert by The Roots there last year was any indication, this coming Saturday's performance by Talib Kweli (with openers yours truly and DJ Roofeo) will be off the meter. Feel the fire baby.
